Crystek unveils 3500 to 3700-MHz VCO

Crystek's CVCO55CC-3500-3700 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) is designed to operate from 3500 MHz to 3700 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1 V to 16 V. The VCO features a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.
The model CVCO55CC-3500-3700 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5- x 0.5-inch SMD package. Input voltage is 8 V, with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 2.5 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
The CVCO55CC-3500-3700 is ideal for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
