This agreement allows Minima Processor to optimize Arm-based system-on-chip (SoC) designs featuring Minima dynamic margining IP ultra-low power technology.
Typical applications for ARM microcontrollers implemented with dynamic margining include IoT, hearables and smart speakers, according to Tuomas Hollman, executive vice president of products and business development at Minima.
“Mobile and consumer IoT applications demand low-power, always-on, wake-up capabilities,” remarked Kelvin Low, vice president of marketing for the physical design group at ARM, in a statement issued by Minima.
