Broadcom, Bosch tied at top of 2019 MEMS vendor ranking
Broadcom and Bosch Sensortec have extended their lead at the top of ranking of MEMS manufacturers by MEMS revenue in 2019, according to a graphic from Yole Developpement.

Whereas in 2018 Broadcom's sales of $1.51 billion and Bosch's sales of $1.405 billion were less than twice those of third place vendor STMicroelectronics, that gap has increased to one-and-a-half times the third-placed vendors.

Market analyst has not revealed revenue figures in its 2019 ranking and only a rough ranking by top-ten market share. This puts Broadcom and Bosch in about equal first place followed by STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments tying for third place.

The ranking stays the same as 2018 with Qorvo fifth followed by Hewlett Packard. Knowles has leapfrogged about NXP to claim seventh spot and Chinese acoustic components company Goertek has jumped two places into the top ten at position nine. TDK drops to tenth and Panasonic falls out of the top ten.
