The components support a range of energy sources including: photovoltaic, thermal, vibration and RF.
The commercially available AEM10940 will soon be followed by the AEM10941 and AEM30940.
The AEM10940 features a boost converter with an efficiency of up to 94 percent with voltage references, energy management circuitry and LDO regulators. In addition to the converter efficiency, the product also has a cold start capability at an input voltage of 380mV and an input power of just 11microwatts.

Various synergies arise between the products offered by E-peas and FEEU's existing portfolio, which includes FRAM as well as microcontrollers, RTCs and Bluetooth LE chips from Ambiq Micro.
